Their playground is the entire customer journey from ad funnel to website to product experience and their focus is on identifying new growth potentials. Together, they form hypotheses, run tests and experiments to validate and scale them.
We are looking for a FullStack-Engineer Growth to strengthen our team.
You are the “technical 💜” of the Growth team and are responsible for the operational implementation of technical projects. You report directly to Fabian (Team Lead Growth) and work side by side with Caro and Mika from the Growth team. And of course, you will also regularly discuss the technical development of awork with other engineering chapters.
👆 Here’s the job:
- As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will develop initiatives and experiments that focus on the growth of awork.
- You are the technical expert and are responsible for the technical implementation (frontend/backend) of all activities.
- You implement solutions that aim to optimize the conversion rate, reduce churn and increase user loyalty.
- You continuously work on building and improving the tooling and technical infrastructure of Growth Experiments.
- You regularly exchange user research and insights with the Growth team and take part in workshops to implement these findings, where you represent the technical perspective.
🌟Our wish list:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in full-stack development with TypeScript, Angular, Node.js or similar framework.
- You have knowledge of SQL and the development of RESTful APIs

- You are proactive, tackle things independently and actively contribute to decisions and strategies.

Intro call
Nice to meet you! Following your application, the first step is a 30-minute call aimed at getting to know each other and aligning expectations for the role.
Role related interview
Round two! During this stage, you’ll meet the team lead and possibly some team members, to discuss your career, skills, and ideas. This will also involve revisiting a hands-on task that you completed before.
Meet the founders
The final step! In this stage, you will meet two of our founders and chat about our values, team cluture, the awork environment, and our overall vision.
Receive an offer
