You'll report directly to our Content Teamlead, Ayla, work closely with Max, who's already handling product marketing, and collaborate with our customer-facing teams (Sales & Customer Success).

🛠️ Your responsibilities:
- You’ll be responsible for all content related to our product – from blog posts and newsletters to social media.
- You’ll create high-quality B2B content that provides real value and optimise existing content.
- You’ll develop customer stories that showcase how awork helps teams work more productively.
- You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to create targeted content.
- You’ll ensure a consistent brand voice and bring creative storytelling ideas to life.
- You’ll analyse content performance and optimise it using data-driven insights.
- You’ll support the creation of pitch decks, explainer videos, and marketing materials.

- Excellent writing & storytelling skills: You can explain complex topics in an engaging way.
- Several years of experience in an agency or in B2B content marketing, ideally in SaaS.
- Creativity & strategic thinking: You understand what makes content perform well.
- Startup & remote mindset: You thrive in a dynamic environment and work independently.
- Fluent German & very good English skills (our team language is English 🇬🇧).
- Bonus: Experience with project management, team organisation, or company culture topics.

We’re a hybrid team, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with asynchronous communication and collaboration, but also excited to spend time with the team. We use tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, and of course, awork, to stay organized. We love coming together as a team—whether remote or in person. Intro call
Nice to meet you! Following your application, the first step is a 30-minute call aimed at getting to know each other and aligning expectations for the role.


Role related interview
Round two! During this stage, you’ll meet the team lead and possibly some team members, to discuss your career, skills, and ideas. This will also involve revisiting a hands-on task that you completed before.


Meet the founders
The final step! In this stage, you will meet two of our founders and chat about our values, team cluture, the awork environment, and our overall vision.


Receive an offer
Yeah! We’d love to work with you (and hope that you feel the same way about joining us). We'll make a concrete offer that you can, of course, refuse, but shouldn't ;-)
