Imagine broadcasting the motto โfor the joy of workโ to the world every day: in the form of engaging videos and creative content that not only showcase our software, but also our culture and our mission. With the aim of making more and more teams happier at work.
We are looking for you to tell our stories in various formats - with a focus on video and through versatile content creation across the entire customer journey.
Whether it's product updates, happiness reports, team culture or other topics that are really close to our hearts, you will take these and turn them into suitable content.
There are no limits to your creativity as long as your content presents awork in the best light and inspires our target group. You will be part of the content team, report directly to Ayla, Teamlead Content, and work side by side with Jess, our Content Marketer.
โ๏ธ This is the job:
- Your focus is on the conception and implementation of videos. You will develop formats that tell our brand and topics in an exciting way and implement them across the entire customer journey.
- You make sure that your videos see the light of day, e.g. as a social media post, as an ad or in a creative newsletter - you know how to make use of the entire content spectrum for distribution.
- You work closely with the marketing team to creatively implement joint projects and focus on coherent storytelling across all channels.
- You make sure that we keep getting better at video creation - you test new approaches or formats and reflect on the success of your projects based on data.
๐ On our wish list:
- B2B focus: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in marketing - preferably in the SaaS sector or in an agency.
- Excellent video skills: From interview recordings, webinars to animating our product flow - you are confident in handling all steps of video creation and tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- You love storytelling: you know how to address people, know the pain points and have new ideas for implementation. โ
- Passionate about it: You are enthusiastic about new things. You are familiar with the trends in the creator bubble, you test AI workflows and always want to be up-to-date.
- Team initiative: You love working together, set up projects independently, ask for feedback and proactively contribute your ideas.โ
- Self-organization: You are structured, keep an overview and know how to organize projects and files. โ
- German and English language skills: Our marketing focuses on the DACH region, so you should have a very good knowledge of German - our team language is English, so you should be comfortable communicating in English.

We are a hybrid team, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with asynchronous communication and collaboration, but also wants to spend time with the team. We use tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion and of course awork to stay organized. We like to come together as a team - whether remotely or on site. We would be happy to tell you more about our team culture at awork in our first interview.

Intro call
Nice to meet you! Following your application, the first step is a 30-minute call aimed at getting to know each other and aligning expectations for the role.
Role related interview
Round two! During this stage, youโll meet the team lead and possibly some team members, to discuss your career, skills, and ideas. This will also involve revisiting a hands-on task that you completed before.
Meet the founders
The final step! In this stage, you will meet two of our founders and chat about our values, team cluture, the awork environment, and our overall vision.
Receive an offer
Yeah! Weโd love to work with you (and hope that you feel the same way about joining us). We'll make a concrete offer that you can, of course, refuse, but shouldn't ;-)
