awork is GDPR compliant and hosted on state of the art, ISO 27001 certified Microsoft servers in Germany. Except for you and, if necessary for support, our support engineers, nobody else has access to your data. This is made possible, amongst other technologies, by encrypting all our databases. We prioritize data security and our engineers keep awork up-to-date. Our databases store all client data in encrypted form and awork is only accessible via encrypted connections. We release fixes and security updates at least daily and regularly update our server infrastructure. On top of that we conduct external penetration testing to verify our platform's security.

The duration of the enterprise implementation naturally depends on the individual requirements. As a rule, however, the first team setup is ready for use within 8 to 10 weeks, after which the rollout can be extended to the entire organisation.
