The doors will be open from 18:00 so that you can arrive in peace. Food and drinks are provided - as we all know, it's hard to think on an empty stomach. π
As an intro, we will start with a short recap of the most important results from the Agency Happiness Report. Followed by a panel session to get us in the mood for discussion.
We will then open the discussion to which everyone can and should contribute their own experiences, perspectives and ideas. Important: we want to focus on possible solutions instead of just talking about the problems themselves. π€

Afterwards, we want to end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with you. Maybe some good music and a few drinks will spark an idea or two. π

The basis of the discussion: We asked 500 people from agencies how happy they are in their jobs. The results show that something needs to change.
